Hermes Massawe is the Founder & CEO of Hament Group. He holds an MSc in Finance & Investment Banking from Nottingham Business School and has completed the full CFA® curriculum. Hermes began his professional journey with the United Nations, where he worked in Human Resources and developed strong stakeholder-management and cross-border governance skills. He later joined Tanzania Securities Limited, a licensed Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange broker, gaining hands-on experience in trade execution and local market dynamics.
