Investing in financial markets entails risk. Leveraged products such as foreign exchange, commodities, contracts for difference (CFDs), options, and futures are speculative and may result in rapid and substantial gains or losses. These instruments are not suitable for every investor. Before trading, carefully consider your financial situation, consult qualified advisers, and ensure you understand the nature and extent of your potential exposure. Any risk descriptions provided are illustrative, not exhaustive.

Risk Information
Investing with Hament Group exposes you to market uncertainty. The value of any position may rise or fall, and this can occur even when trades are placed in line with professional guidance. Leverage, while useful, can also magnify losses: in fast-moving or volatile conditions your portfolio may fluctuate sharply, losses may exceed the cash you have deposited, and you could be required to meet margin calls at short noticeGeneral risks.
Before entering any trade, take time to judge whether you truly understand the instruments involved and whether they fit your financial circumstances. Independent advice can help ensure that your trading activity aligns with your objectives and capacity for loss. Speculative strategies are not appropriate for every investor, and you should proceed only after recognising and accepting these risks in fullGeneral risks.

Certain instruments—such as derivatives, structured products, or extended-hours trading in overseas markets—entail extra layers of complexity and risk. Ensure you fully understand these products and their potential impact on margin, pricing, and liquidity before dealing
Trading in complex instruments such as foreign exchange (FX), contracts for difference (CFDs), futures, and options is inherently speculative and therefore carries a heightened level of risk. These products are typically traded on margin, meaning you can take positions that exceed the cash you have deposited. While leverage can amplify gains, it can just as easily magnify losses, and rapid market movements may require you to meet margin calls at very short notice. If you cannot provide additional funds when required, positions may be closed at a loss, and you could lose more than your initial investment.
Foreign exchange (FX) involves simultaneously buying one currency and selling another in anticipation of relative price movements. Because FX is quoted and traded around the clock on business days, prices can change abruptly in response to economic data, central-bank policy, and geopolitical events. Small shifts in exchange rates therefore have an outsized effect on a leveraged FX position, increasing both the potential return and the potential loss.
Contracts for difference (CFDs) allow you to speculate on the rise or fall of an underlying asset—such as an equity index, individual share, or commodity—without owning it. The value of a CFD mirrors that of the underlying asset, but even modest price changes can produce significant profit or loss once leverage and transaction costs are taken into account. Because CFDs are over-the-counter instruments, you also face the credit risk of the counterparty arranging the trade.
Futures contracts impose a legal obligation to buy or sell an underlying asset at a predetermined price on a specified future date. Although many futures are closed out before expiry, you remain liable for any variation margin as the contract’s market value fluctuates. In volatile markets the variation margin can exceed your deposit, exposing you to losses that are larger than the funds you originally committed.
Options confer the right—but, for the seller, also the potential obligation—to buy or sell an underlying asset at a fixed price on or before a given date. A purchaser’s risk is generally limited to the option premium plus costs, but an option writer (seller) can face theoretically unlimited losses if the market moves sharply against the position. Exercising or being assigned on an option close to expiry can create new positions (for example, in the underlying asset) that themselves require margin and carry additional risks.Because these products are complex, leveraged, and sometimes ill-iquid, they are not suitable for every investor.
Before trading, you should ensure you fully understand how each instrument works, the extent of your potential liability, and the factors that can affect pricing and liquidity. Past performance is not an indicator of future results, and tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may change over time. If you have any doubt about whether a particular product is appropriate for you, seek independent professional advice.
Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
At Hament Group we place the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our technology stack at the heart of client trust. We therefore welcome responsible security research that helps us uncover and correct weaknesses before they can be exploited. If you discover a potential vulnerability in any of our production services, we ask that you share it with us in a responsible manner so we can investigate, validate, and remediate the issue as swiftly as possible.
When you report a vulnerability that falls within this policy, we commit to acknowledge your submission within 72 hours and to work collaboratively with you until the matter is resolved. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers, and—subject to your consent—will publicly credit you if you are the first to report a qualifying issue that leads to a code or configuration change.
We ask researchers to conduct their testing carefully: avoid privacy violations, service disruptions, or destruction of data; limit all testing to systems explicitly covered by this policy; and use exploits only to confirm the presence of a vulnerability, never to pivot further, retain access, or exfiltrate information. Please keep technical details confidential until we have deployed a fix or 90 days have passed, whichever comes first.
This policy applies to all production environments we operate, including hamentgroup.com (and its sub-domains), associated Open API endpoints, and any mobile applications published under “Hament Inc.” Third-party services such as external market-data feeds or payment processors, on-premises sites, physical security controls, social-engineering tactics, denial-of-service testing, UI/UX bugs, missing security headers, and automated scanner output are excluded from scope.
Kindly refrain from sending personal data, payment-card or bank details, or lengthy raw scanner reports. Instead, include only the information required to reproduce the issue. Submit findings to hello@hamentgroup.com and provide a clear summary of the vulnerability, step-by-step reproduction instructions or proof-of-concept code, and the handle or name you would like us to list in our Hall of Fame. If you prefer encrypted communication, inform the team in advance.
We aim to resolve validated vulnerabilities within 90 days. Until a remedy is in place, we request that you refrain from public disclosure; premature publication could expose clients and markets to undue risk. Where feasible, we will coordinate the timing and content of any public statements so that both parties can disclose simultaneously.
